No. 1 Gaoler’s Mews dining events are hosted by Chef & Owner Lee Cooper in collaboration with renowned guest chefs.
Each dinner offers a unique multi-course menu and features elevated French-via-West Coast fare prepared right in front of guests in an intimate open kitchen.
