Each No. 1 Gaoler’s Mews dining event will be hosted by restaurateur Paul Grunberg and L’Abattoir Wine Director Lisa Haley. Seasonal multi-course menus will change each month and will feature elevated French-via-West Coast fare prepared by chef Lee Cooper right in front of guests eyes in an intimate open kitchen.
